✨Recipe✨
Overnight oats:
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup water or soy milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
2 Tbsp protein powder

Smoothie:
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup ice
3/4 cup of soy milk (calcium fortified)
1/2 cup yoghurt (any type will do - plain, greek, dairy free etc.)
1 tsp poppyseeds
2 tsp maple syrup
Toppings: fruit, @naturalseedco seed blend with psyllium, hemp seeds & drizzle of maple syrup

For Overnight Oats:
1. Mix all ingredients together well and keep in an airtight container overnight (8 hours of beauty sleep)
For Smoothie:
1. Blend all ingredients together on high
2. Add more soy milk if needed for desired thickness and add maple as needed for sweetness
To Assemble:
1. Lay oats in the bottom of the bowl
2. Pour smoothie mix in top
3. Finish with favourite toppings

GOOD MORNING 😍🍑
The incredible Sophie @healthybodhealthymind has whipped together this gorgeous seed bowl and we are obsessed!!

2 tbsp Natural Fibre with Psyllium
1 tbsp Protein Powder (or peanut butter if you prefer!)
1 cup yoghurt
1 cup water

Mix and rest for around 5-10 minutes to allow the seeds to soak up the yoghurt and water.
Top with your favourite fruit and cocoa nibs 💕
