Jumping for joy after finding a local, Queensland based seed Co @naturalseedco

And it’s not just any old seed mix, this blend was formulated by a dietitian. I’ve been using the natural fibre with psyllium blend all week and let me say, happy days 💩💩 It contains 9 different sources of plant fibre.

You get a whopping 10 gm of fibre in a 35 gm serve. No additives, no sugar, excellent source of fibre, omega 3s and protein.
