The beautiful Kerri @the_nourish_notebook has shared with us her Natural Fibre bliss-balls recipe and they are divine! 🙌⠀

INGREDIENTS⠀
75 g almond ⠀
75 g walnuts ⠀
1 tsp vanilla essence ⠀
2 tsp cocoa powder ⠀
2 tsp Natural Fibre Seed Blend with Psyllium ⠀
2 tsp coconut or olive oil ⠀
1 tbsp water ⠀
1 pinch salt ⠀
18 dates ⠀
Desiccated coconut to coat⠀

METHOD⠀
Blend together the almonds and walnuts and set aside in a large bowl. ⠀
Blend the remaining ingredients. ⠀
Combine everything together. ⠀
Roll into balls and coat with desiccated coconut.

However this seed mix is a quick and easy solution, be it in a smoothie, soya milk shake or a sprinkle over fruit and yoghurt I have found it to be a very simple and convenient solution. Not living permanently in Australia and not finding the same thing here in the Middle East, I stock up and bring it back with me along with the vegemite every trip.
