Ingredients

  •   250 g of Natural Fibre Orignal Seed Blend
  •   1 tsp Canola Oil
  •   1 tsp Ras El Hanout
  •   ¼ tsp salt
  •   1 tsp reduced-salt soy sauce
  •   1 tsp agave syrup
  •   Pinch cayenne

Note: 

Ras El Hanout is a blend of spices (most often ginger, coriander, cumin, cloves, allspice, cinnamon, turmeric, pepper, paprika) that varies from region to region in the Northern countries of Africa – Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 160 degrees C /
140 degrees C fan forced.

Step 2

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Spread onto a baking sheet.

Step 3

Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until dry and golden. Stir once during cooking.

Step 4

Allow to cool and store in a sealed container for up to 3 weeks.
