Ingredients
Granola

1 3/4 cup Natural Fibre Seeds
1/2 cup dried fruit
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

To Serve
Seasonal fruit (including strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and mango)
Milk or yoghurt

Method
1.  Preheat oven to 160°C.
2. Place the seeds, dried fruit, coconut, cinnamon, vanilla and honey in a large bowl and stir well to combine.
3. Press mixture into a lightly greased tin lined with non-stick baking paper and cook for 45-50 minutes or until golden.
4. Allow to cool. Break apart granola pieces with a knife and serve.

Serve with your choice of fruit with yoghurt or milk.

Note, granola may be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
