This high-fibre granola recipe adds a delicious crunchy texture to your morning breakfast. Experiment with a variety of dried fruit and nuts.

Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cup Natural Fibre Seeds
- ½ cup dried fruit
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup maple syrup
Serve with your favourite seasonal fruit and your choice of milk or yoghurt. We recommend fresh berries, mango or banana.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 160°C.
Step 2
Place the Natural Fibre seeds, dried fruit, coconut, cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup in a large bowl. Stir well to combine.
Step 3
Lightly press the mixture into a tin lined with non-stick baking paper.
Step 4
Bake for 20-25 minutes then stir. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the seed’nola is a pale golden brown.
Step 5
Set granola aside to cool completely on the pan before storing in airtight containers.
The granola will harden completely when cool.
Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
